What we collect

When you generate a free report, we collect the information you submit: your work email, company name, website, team size, and revenue range.

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not collect personal data beyond what you submit through the form.

How we use your data

Your company information is sent to AI providers (OpenAI and Anthropic) to generate your visibility report. These providers process the data according to their own privacy policies.

Your email is used to deliver your report and occasional product updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.

Where data is stored

Reports and emails are stored securely in our database (Neon, hosted in AWS US East). Backups are encrypted at rest. We retain data for as long as the account is active or as needed to provide service.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or full deletion at any time. Email us at hello@citedreport.com and we will respond within 7 business days.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. We may use essential cookies for session management once you have an account.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to active users.
